# Viora

> Viora is a cloud-assisted voice AI assistant for macOS. Hold one shortcut and speak to write in the current app, edit selected text, ask about context, or run supported agent tasks.

Viora replaces parts of typing, rewriting, context lookup, and small task routing with speech. It inserts ready-to-review text directly where you are working - chat apps, email clients, IDEs, docs, and forms - without copy-paste. Voice and AI cleanup happen on demand from a global hotkey, so the editing surface is usually the app you are already in.

- Platform: macOS (Apple Silicon and Intel). A Windows build is not yet available.
- Activation: global keyboard shortcut, no separate window required.
- Output: punctuated, capitalized, formatted text, selected-text edits, contextual answers, or supported agent-task results.
- Languages: 100+ languages for speech recognition, with English and Chinese first-class and automatic Simplified Chinese / Traditional Chinese / Cantonese routing.

- Processing model: cloud-assisted. Viora is not offline-only or local-only.

## Localization

Viora's public marketing site currently uses English as the default language. Older `/zh` URLs are treated as legacy paths and redirect to the default-locale equivalent.
